CP/Gil Grinding Spots [Possible Spoilers]

I have been using the Behemoth King and Giant Wolf thing in the top corner of the Steppe. Over 6000 a battle that lasts less than a minute due to both of them having half health. For upgrading I am just using a Chocobo to dig up stuff like gold and sell t for a premium.

In chapter 11 after the Archlyte Steppe (Mah'habara). Start at the save spot then fight your way through hoplites and cryohedrons. Then at the fork, take the left and continue up until you fight 5 hoplites then backtrack.

When you get back to the save spot they will all have respawned you'll have almost 25000 cp. Average time takes like 4-5 mins.

Heck i stayed there like an hour and i maxed the crystarium for 2 roles. (i.e. Fang had commando and Sentinel done...for now)

oh and i know the cryohedrons drop bomb cores and that has a high exp value so you could do weapons here too.

The Behemtoh place is not good at all compared to the 5 groups of those small things that jumps around. they give you up to 3700 CP for a fight that takes 10 sec. So that's the ABSOLUTE best place in tha game at this time... it's located a little west of tghe behemoth!

I think the mobs are called Leynik and Raguda! Those 5 groups takes around 2-3 min and gives you 15000 CP. And they respawn =)

Chapter Nine, on the Palamecia I found to be a decent spot. Got a nice amount of credit/incentive chips dropping.

Yes, that's where I farmed those items for weapons upgrades.

The Vestibular Hold in chapter 9 is a good item farming area, I was farming for Bomb Shells. Fang and Light had level 10 weapons with 3x EXP bonuses. I farmed the Bomb Shells and used them to get them to level 25 withe their weapons, then used my oozes/fluids to regain the x3 bonus and reach level 26.

After that, The Lower Traverse is good for farming CP, because there are large groups of enemies that are very easy to respawn. I just go through the first area and kill everything, return back to the save point and save, and then when I went back they were all respawned. Very easy to sneak upon them and it's a good CP yield.

After those two places I now have maxed out weapons for Vanille and Fang and a maxed out Crystarium.

i found a great spot in chapter 12, towards the end of the chapter.

it has two enemies blocking a door to a new location, which are battling each other. Once you get by them, you go through the door, and then return to the original side, and you get a Preemptive Strike every time. Once in battle, both enemies ignore you until one of them dies, and they completely ignore you, their attacks too.

So if you do it right, you can get them both in Stagger perfectly, and have them done in about 1:30. They produce Amplifiers, Electrodes, Mobious Coils and Transformer. Sometimes they give off no Spoils though. Some, if not all of those items, do really well on weapon upgrades...when you have X3 multiplier

And you get 6,890 CP every time. Thats some good stuff....

If i walk about 10 second more to the right, there are 5 enemies, which drop Perfumes....12,500 Gil....ive fought 5 times so far, and received 7 Perfumes..
