But IGN annoy me. They actually reminded me of two points to add to my list. -People who spell it "Lightening" -People who spell it "Lighting"
It would also be a bit shit if her command list stays the way it is (aside from the upgrades of the spells, which is probably inevitable). Aside from the spells (ah, blizzrad), all you'd be left with was attack and the launching attack.
I want to be able to edit what appears in the commands list in battles. Assuming Lightning DOES get the various upgrades to her spells, I don't want to have to cycle through each and every one of them just to get what I want. Unless it automatically removes them from the list...
I'm hoping from FFIX the magic system is sorta the same, like, a single magic attack on one enemy, or multiple enemy damage but a lot weaker. Although that's not going to happen I though it was a great addition.
FFX-2, what a waste of a game, if it turns out like that, then... well... what is this world coming to
I'm really hyped for this game, I just hope it can live up to all the hype generated.
Square Enix released a statement today detailing the release of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete, the revised Blu-ray release of the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. As many of you are aware, Advent Children Complete will be shipped with a demo of Final Fantasy XIII. Included in the statement was the first solid release date. Though we were originally told March, the movie ships on April 16 in three forms.
The first, retailing for 49,980 yen (approximately 550USD) is a package consisting of a 160GB PlayStation 3 in a limited edition "Cloud Black" colour, the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete Blu-ray film and the Final Fantasy XIII Trial Set (the demo).
The second package is the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete Blu-ray film and the Final Fantasy XIII Trial Set. This retails for 5,900 yen (approximately 65USD).
The final form is just the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete Blu-ray film, for 4,900 yen (approximately 54USD).
The press release also reiterates that Final Fantasy XIII is scheduled for 2009.
The press release can be found here. (Japanese only)

For every movie+demo bundle that Square Enix sells, they make about 11USD more than just the movie. Understandable, it costs money to burn BD.
Anyone looking to import should check sites like Amazon Japan, Play Asia and YesAsia over the coming days.
(Scheduled for 2009 in Japan, you dopes. )
On an unrelated note, I think I just found what may be the very first piece of Lightning/Vanille yuri. Sum hot stuff.

*can't stop staring at Cloud's ginormously deformed arm* He still vaguely resembles his Lego-shaped self from FFVII. XD
Can't say I'm too interested in Advent Children Complete, since the extra scenes will undoubtedly end up onYoutube. And I'm not willing to pay so much money to play a demo. So Squeenix better release it on PSN at a later date too! (or even a shorter version).
I wonder who holds the title for drawing the first ever FFXIII yuri (or FFvsXIII yaoi for that matter). The thing that surprised me the most were the first ever Lightning cosplayers who were popping up a week after FFXIII was first announced. That's crazy devotion, that is.
The way I see it, I can pay over $100 for the demo, $200 for the game itself (plus maybe another $150 for The 3rd Birthday, hurhurhur), OR... I can watch videos of the demo free on YouTube and... still pay the other money as intended.
Ha, I was just wondering whether I should buy a Blu-ray player or pay more for a PS3...Instead, I'll make my relatives buy me a PS3 and complete+demo in May.
I think it makes a pretty good excuse for a lot of japanese fans to buy a PS3.
I've been wondering, is the voiceover for Sephiroth different from the original AC in ACC?
Something tells me Square Enix is involved somehow. I smell a conspiracy.
Wow, that's a shame for...everyone living outside Japan.
Why would SE try and stop copies going outside of the country? There just happens to be some items which are only available for domestic orders, I've had loads of problems with trying to get DVDs over when I was stuck in the UK.
