Best Arrows?

i dont think ebony arrows are sold but i think there are deadric arows with a deidric bow in a cave somewhere but i do know theres glass arows.

well actually you can enchant arrows ever heard of the viper something arrows?

Each kind of projectile has its own damage value, as shown in the editor, but not in the game. Also, there are differences in flight path, for example, chitin arrows fly with less drop, but do less damage. According to the Editor:

ARROW DAMAGE
Bonemold Arrow 1 - 4
Chitin Arrow 1 - 2
Daedric Arrow 10 - 15
Ebony Arrow 5 - 10
Glass Arrow 1 - 6
Iron Arrow 1 - 3
Silver Arrow 1 - 3
Steel Arrow 1 - 4

BOLT DAMAGE
Orcish Bolt 1 - 6
Bonemold Bolt 3 - 4
Silver Bolt 2 - 4
Steel Bolt 2 - 4
Iron Bolt 2 - 3

Go figure. I don't use a bow, actually, I use the Dwarven Crossbow, which shows a damage factor of 30-30.

I've never been clear on how projectile damage is calculated but wonder if it's not based on a combination of factors (??). I just thought I'd throw this out to add fuel to the thread.

I am almost certain I bought ebony arrows from somewhere but where are the daedric arrows?

there is only like 6 or so Daedric Arrows, they are with the Daedric Long Bow
but with the editor you can give yourself like thousands of Daedric Arrows which is unfair to us Xbox players

Daedric Arrows can be found near the Daedric Longbow in Maelkashishi near a corpse in the Forgotten Galleries on ledge near roof. It is #15 on the Maar Gan Map.
