Welcome to NeoMorrowind, my friends! Come in...come in! First, let me introduce myself. I am Zurn. Just like you, I am an Outlander and came here, too, on a prison ship. I learned quickly that there are a few rules here:
1. No spamming! Only RP about Morrowind here.
2. No flamming! Respect the other inhabitants of NeoMorrowind.
3. No arguing! Role-playing is permitted but actual arguing is not permitted.
4. In NeoMorrowind, Azura no long punishes the wicked...Xenobird does, so don't make her mad!
5. Rules will be added as needed.
6. Each participant will be listed below and has the option of talking in color. More than one person may have the same color.
7. Shadowj is the resident game play rules guru. Anyone having any suggestions about actual game play rules needs to PM him.
8. Residents can be added at any time during game play but first PM Xenobird so she can add your NeoName and your NeoMorrowind name below. Anyone who is not "registered" below who responds in this thread will result in having their posts removed until "registered".
9. Anyone who does not abide by the rules of this thread are also considered to be not following the Forum Rules and therefore will be dealt with in the same manner as with Forum violators. All Forum Rules must be followed in this thread as in any other thread.

Game Playing Rules by shadowj:
1)Most important rule is not to make your character super strong, give weaknesses – For example, my weakness is Stamina but I also have back up plans which also have weakness

2)Choose a format that suits you but can be understood by others – meaning that I would choose to use **s for roleplaying and "" to talk, use colours and different fonts if you want to be different

3)Before roleplaying, say what your character looks like, what he/she is doing and even what skills, weapons, class etc. they use or are

4)Once you and another person begins roleplaying give your opponent time to reply, this could be for day etc.

5)Ask person for consent to roleplay before attacking them – meaning I would ask Xeno if she wants to role battle before I did my move but you can do a battle stance to build up etc

6)This is not a rule, but advice, Roleplay is about imagination and not about winning fights, concentrate on describing the area around you, what you do, where you are etc.

7)More rules will follow if Xeno sees fit
