i was wonderin...two wraithguards?

i'm pretty sure the answer to this question is yes... i believe Zurn has two wraithguards... my characters never make it to vivec... i lose interest...

yes ya can get 2 wraithguards but the one ya get from his body is inactive and ya have to go through the process of activatin it

To get both wraithguards...
1. Obtain the active wraithguard by following Main Quest and talking to Vivec in the Palace in Vivec.

2. I waited until after I finished the Main Quest but you don't have to wait. However, I would wait until you unite the Ashlanders and are recognized as the Nerevarine and have become the Hort of the three Houses before you kill him. Only get the inactive Wraithguard if you HAVE NOT killed anyone in Tel Fyr. Now, go back to the Palace and kill Vivec. Do not attempt this until you are at a high level. Get the inactive wraithguard off of his dead, cold body. (God my foot! He drops like any mortal man!) Grab "Dagoth Ur's Plans" and "The Plan to Defeat Dagoth Ur" off the pedestals in the back of the Palace. Take the Inactive Wraithguard and the documents to Yagrum Bagarn in the Corprusarium in Tel Fyr. (You can snitch the cool book, Tamrielic Lore, from near him, too) He once worked with Kagrenac. Your Disposition should be pretty high. He'll demand two things. 1. Kagrenac's Planbook which in in Kagrenac's Library in Tureynulal within the Ghostgate. 2. Kagrenac's Journals which are in Kagrenac's study at Endusal also within Ghostgate. Bring these books back to Yagrum and he'll activate the Wraithguard for you. One word of caution: The first time you equip this Wraithguard it will take between 201 and 225 Health points so if you have less than 225 Health points DO NOT equip the Wraithguard until you have more than enough because you will DIE! (And, make sure you are fully healed before equipping...duh!)

hmmmm it could be a simple glitch like the game doesn't recogonise the active wraithguard given to ya so the inactive one stays on his body, or it could be there are two wraithguards but coz ya have to go through the main quest to get the active one then it leaves the inactive wide open

Help! The Dwemer won't make the Wraithguard for me, even though I have both books and the artifact! First time I tried to do it, my health was too low and he wouldn't make it, and now that I have sufficient health (205) he still won't make it! What gives?
