Levitate

Can someone please tell me exactly what I need to do to make a good levitate spell. Money is not really an issue as I have about 80k. I would just like to make a good levitate spell and don't know how to make one or even make a spell.

Well where can I get a Grand Soul gem to soul trap a Golden Saint with? Or could I use a Winged Twilight gem?

of course you could... just trap one golden saint in a grand soul gem... and then trap a bunch of lesser creatures that are more common in some cheaper soul gems... then when you enchant this is what you do...

1 select the gem as the golden saint
2 select the item (ring, amulet, whatever)
3 select Constant Effect
4 select an effect for it to be
5 select another gem which has enough points... compare the cast cost to the max charge... forgot technical terms... but it will stay constant effect...
6 mix well... i'd advise going to someone to enchant it for you unless you've already increased your intelligence, luck and enchant skill... since it's really hard to enchant... i once failed with all three above 90... that was painful... but i just reloaded and made it work... so you could do that...

anyway... this way you only need one golden saint soul... i like trappind stoada or whatever from that island that azura sends you to... i'm starting a collection of the named saints' souls... mwahahahahahahahahahaha

normally Iwould do what Xeno and Wizard said but now I jus use thw wild levitate spell but if ya want to enchant somethin with levitate then firstly

1)Get the spell from a mage(I think a mage in Caldera has it)
2)Get an item like a ring etc.
3)Catch a golden saint in a grand soul gem - Grand soul gems can be found in smugglers caves or sometimes in the Telvanni Canton of Vivec and golden saints can be found near sixth house bases or get the spell from falyen in therenas chamber at Tel Branora(ya will need levitate)
4)find an enchanter(check mages' guilds but if ya nicked gems of Golbedir earlier don't bother with her)
5) select ya item and the gem with the golden saint and change the effect to CE
6) select levitate and press X, type a name in and voila one enchanted levitate ring

Hopefully if ya INT, Enchant and luck are high enough

If your alchemy is high enough you can make levitation potions. Just get Racer Plumes and Tarma Roots, then mix and you get a levitation potion.

or jus make the spell ya can cast, I have 4 different spells

1) levitate 10pts for 30 secs
2) levitate 30pts for 15secs
3) levitate 45pts for 60 secs
4) levitate 100pts for 1254secs

yes the last one is real ya jus need to get ya INT up to around 19 digits and max out ya magic skills

I use the Ring method like Xeno said. I have and carry over 20 various rings to cover everything. Much easier and lighter that all other options and 100% controlable...

I do amulets since you can at least 5 exquisites(Hlervu Locket) at the Ald Rhun Manor which is an easy start
