Alas, no, I fear you can only get it in Mournhold, and thus only in the Tribunal expansion pack.

There's no possible way you could ever get to Mournhold like that.

That's because Mournhold doesn't actually exist in that place on the map. It's actually in another location on Vvardenfell (though you cant see it unless you're in it), and only accessible via magic teleportation.

What I meant was, Mournhold doesn't exist in the original game. If it did, what would be the point of buying the expansion pack?

You might be able to get to the place where it should be, but you sure can't get into the city, even if it's there.

As for your posts, either another of your posts got deleted, or your posts just aren't long enough to count. I forget what the actual character limit is, but posts don't increase your post count unless they are long enough.

Interesting, those must be the placeholder cells in the actual map. The expansion areas are only in those locations in a way, but not actually there... It is confusing.
