Hi... I'm after the amulet of shadows... found Synette and killed her - but for some reason I can't hit her associate, I keep wacking away at her but nothing happens. - done it without problems last time I played.... although I might have been on a higher level then (don't remember). Do you have to use a magical weapon or something? Thank for your reply;)

You don't need magic weapons to hit her. She is using the Amulet of Shadows, which gives her an 80% Chameleon effect during the battle, so she may be difficult to hit if you have a low skill level with your weapon. But you don't have to have enchanted weapons to kill her.

I do not believe Chameleon affects their agility, but just simply makes them harder to see.

Yeah, I'm not sure either. But I know you don't need magic weapons to kill her, as I've killed her with unenchanted weapons before.
