	I really hope someone can help me! i've been playing for ages. i am at level 14 and my encumberence is emant to be about 690 im sure, but i went to vivec and went to halluu compound and somehting happened in there casue it says i have only 22 encumberence instead of my normal 700 or so? Am i diseased? it says my strenght is low in red, but i have adrelanie rush and that still odnt work

	It means something has drained your strength level (probably a Greater Bonewalker). To fix it, drop your stuff and go to the nearest Temple. Donate some coins either to a Shrine of St. Veloth or a Shrine of the Tribunal. Select the option Almsivi Restoration. That will restore your strength, as well as all your other attributes.
