To break the pots around the ring you have to counter his projectile attacks. When he throws a dagger be ready in the correct stance for the color and press triangle AFTER you here the clink noise. Then simply stear the weapon into the health pot with the sixasis. It may take a few tries.

This part has really gotten me pissed. For whatever reason I just cant get the blocking part down and he eventually kills me from his flying projectile attacks entirely. I get hit almost every time from those flying swords and the ones I do block they rarely are blocked well enough to where I can control them afterword with aftertouch. Out of a dozen tries so far I may have blocked them about 4 times to where I could control their flight, so I end up dieing because I can't get to the pots on the rim and all the swords I don't block eventually kill me. WTF.

Any other suggestions? Ive listened for that "click" sound and their is no click sound. I don't know what your talking about there. He throws it and I have to quickly assess whether or not its a blue or orange attack and then try and time it before it hits me, and like I said even when I do block it it just goes right back to him harmlessly. The only sounds it makes is the whistling noise but there is no click.

The fight isn't really that hard it took me two tries. The only problem is I never knew how to get the health so I never used it, beat him without getting any health. Now that's an accomplishment.
