100% Completion Checklist and Maps - Page 11

somehow I got %99.50 percent, how can that happen?

I finally decided to get this achievement...

But I've completed the story on my new save and I've done 92 missions and only have 58%, I just got Liberty City Minute so I haven't done anything else .. I'm hoping I've not missed anyhting?

CONFUSED : HELP NEEDED

Hello, im not sure where to post this but i was doing a mission before the final one whether to gain revenge or work with Dimitri. I took revenge and killed him. But then at Roman's wedding I obviously had to take Kate. The end of the wedding outside the church Kate was shot and killed by the mafia boss. The final mission you have to kill the mafia boss. I completed the game and Kate was dead, Niko said it himself. But one day i was driving around and all the numbers of people you don't like or got killed delete. I had a phone call it was an unknown number it was Kate she was asking me out on a date and now i keep getting unknown number calling me which is her asking me out on a date. How can i go on a date with her if she is dead?
