I dunno how much people that are exclusive to this area will pay attention to it. But tis a good idea. I'll probably set something up for that over the weekend.

Okay Brad I would like to address this formally and professionally while in public so we can get the input of other people. This the least asshole I've been in a long time so I need to get this out.

As a forum regular/veteran I was here when Neoseekeer's SSBB forum was active and the thread content was pretty useful and informative. Yes we had a few spam threads but no forum is perfect. I have slowly watched over the past 2 years of how the quality of the posts in this forum has waned. We went from tournament reports, character guides and inspiration posts from "Whats your favorite ____" "Who should be in the next Smash bros" and the same asinine posts over and over. As a result many people have stopped coming here regularly. Myself included, and instead spend a majority of their time over in Smashboards or Allisbrawl. Neoseeker is not those sites and cannot offer the same services that those sites can and as an experienced player I am fully aware of this. However those afformentioned sites were around still a year ago and we had plenty of activity. Something needs to change. Seriously. I am not the type of person to just complain and do nothing. I have tried to restore the quality of this forum for a while now. I don't make threads unless they are useful or GDs or crew threads.

My question to you is: As the Moderator of this forum what do you plan on doing about this? I understand that forums die off over time but the Brawl forum has not outlived its purpose yet. It will outlive its purpose when a new Smash Bros comes out and people flock over to that. I also understand ocne again that other forums and sites dedicated to the site will take away from the volune from this forum. However I feel as if we would regain some of our momentum if cleaned up some of the content of the forum. There are many people like me that are forum oldies that just dont want to spend too much time on here because of the substandard post quality of the average thread. Look at the first page and tell me what you see. All asinine content.

And its not as if our oldies have simply forgotten about this forum. Many still/primarily hang out in Crews/Dojo/GD. Putting aside all personal biases against this game everyone still comes to this forum for some reason.

We as a community need to come together to help restore this forum to its former glory or at least help improve the content. Remake character guides, get people posting about intelligent, worthy topics that arent just about opinion.

That is my suggestion to you and to everyone else who still comes to this forum and gives even the slightest bit of a damn.
