Tournament mode is like HOLY SHIT!

Okay so when I ust normally brawl I usually like t be captain falcon because I like his moves. I always fight level 9's and its 5 stock and I have 4 player fights and usually I have 2 lives left or 1 wit barley any percentage. So I see tournament mode and I am like, wow I never really played this mode. I put it 4 people a match and there is 32 brawlers, and the level of these characters are any. I choose battlefield with smash balls and now I am all ready.

I go to my match and I am against two level 2's and 1 level 4. I totally got owned the shit out of me. I thought maybe I went to easy and then I start again with 2 level 3's and a 5. and yet I get owned again. after getting owned several times by shitty opponents, no matter what level I face I always am tensed up.


Is it like tournament opponents are harder? I have so much trouble fighting the CPU!

Captain Falcon's final smash is one of the worst too.

Although I'd imagine all problems would be the same in tourney mode, not sure why they're harder for you. I've never had that kind of a problem. Try playing teams, it's more fair than 4 player.

CF is not that bad!!! Im not fussed about tiers and even though im not brill (or anyone for that matter ) but im worse with OLIMAR,SQUIRTLE,DDD and MARIO[div align=center][/div]

I consider myself an average-good Falcon player, and trust me. He is useless, especially compared to his Melee self.

His moves lack priority, hitboxes are really messed up, bad recovery and he is juggled by most of the roster.

Especially the Knee. I loved using it in Melee, it was so much fun. But now...it is so much harder to land.

And being pwnt with MK does not automatically mean he's not god-tier. His tourney wins are incredible, and in the hands of a pro can wreak major havoc.

I find goign against CPUs frustrating since I always do horribly against them for some reason. I've held my own against a team of lvl 9s though... it's mostly the match up that gets people as Zumma said.
