Yes First again I beleive that is the 2nd time in a row time to defend my title with my crazy unlocking a character story. oops nvm i didnt get first wrong list XXD

Unlock Waluigi

You know everyone has been trying to find the secret to this for awhile now and I got the secret for you.
Step 1: Buy a pair of Purple overalls and a purple hat
Step 2 but a really large fake nose and a wierd pointy mustache
Step 3 Go around town saying Waluigi!!!! and jump up and down (hint: skipping will get this to more likely work)
Step 4 Go home while still wearing the clothes and put in SSBB disc
Step 5: See that you have a bunch of wii messages from your friends making fun of you for dressing up like Waluigi and going through town
Step 6: The company of Nintendo hears your embarassing story and sends you a new copy of Brawl with Waluigi on it.
