Didn't think this would come back. Anyway, I share the opinion of many people that it's kind of ridiculous that C. Falcon doesn't have a single good match and every match except Ganon is a bad match up. I remind you about how C. Falcon does well against large targets due to the ease of hitting with nair and knee. That's not all though, SHFFing into a nair on a large target can be canceled into many moves based on the opponent's % (grabs, rapid A [against walls],and nair can be used at low %s; uair is good if the opponent is knocked out of range of the aforementioned moves).

Nah, only Ness. Lucas takes CF down rather easily. The good captain can't handle spacers that well, if I recall correctly.

Then again, this is just based off of the last time I fought Seph, which was a long time ago, so I could be wrong

Been brushing up my C. Falcon and decided to bring this back and share some (impractical) techniques for the Captain.

Kick Lock (heavyweights only): If you can somehow knock down a heavyweight character at like 0% and get up close, you can do a set of downward f-tilts to keep your opponent on the ground unable to get up until knocked away at roughly 50%, similar to Falco's Laser Lock, but not infinite.

Raptor Cancel: If you jump and use side-b at the second, or so, frame of C. Falcon's jump and hit someone, the regular bounce upward will not happen. It's impossible to do it consistently though...

Basic Combos: According to training, these are actual combos...
U-air (near ground) to Dash attack (does about 20 damage)
n-air (first kick) to u-air (about 16 damage and is nearly impossible to do)

If any of these are worthy of mention, I'd like them added to the guide. But they are VERY hard to do consistently.

I'd like you to add a bit more on the down tilt A move.

What a lot of people over look is this move puts the oponent in the air and has very little knockback -- perfect for combos!

Whenever a guy is fairly close and doing some dick move, crouch and trip him up, continue the combo, end with the knee, owned.

Also, Falcon Kick is a surprise attack, thought it needs mentioning.
