Deciding on a new main

So i tried every character in the game vs every character level 9. And really I cannot decide which as a new main. I've been playing Lucas and Ness to much and well people know my style to well. :] So I need a little more in depth opinion on a character. I am willing to take a lot of time to develop a great style on a character. Thanks :]

Well, if it helps. I seem to like ranged attacks better then close combat.

If you are really willing to work on a character, try Pokemon Trainer.

If you want relatively easy wins against nubs, use Snake/Meta Knight.

It depends on your play style. If you liked Ness/Lucas, I'd try Link or Toon Link.

You don't decide your main by having computers battle each other. You test them out each one at a time and see what you like.

samus is good with projectiles, good control in the air, and if you're willing to work on a character, it might be for you.

they arent measuring their skill, theyre measuring the potential and matchups with each character. to find a reliable online connection to play a good human with every character against every other character is impracticle. i think lvl 9 cpus WILL help decide what character their naturally better with and what characters that main would have trouble with on a basic level. after its narrowed down, then playing humans is advised.
