	I watched the video. And it really isn't teleporting what he does. It's a Stealth Camoflage outfit, plus it has super speed abilities. He just jumps and runs around in super speed, while activating and de-activating the stealth. -------------------

	Yeah, he uses this to confuse his enemy (Snake). But if Grey Fox can turn invisible and has super speed, I wouldn't be surprised if he could teleport. But I don't think we see it in the game. -------------------

K new and better theory: DNA was taken from the mess of wat was once grey fox's body(after he got squished) and a new grey fox was cloned from that. then he returns in mgs4, ect, ect, ect....
