Yeah, Gray Fox nearly took down one MG Rex. But Raiden took down about 15(I think I counted 14) Gekko Metal Gears and I think 15(or maybe 14) Gekko Metal Gears is as powerful or more powerful than a MG Rex, so I think Raiden could kill Gray Fox. And about Gray Fox's training, the training he had meant nothing after he turned into a cyborg. His old training skills were with things like knives, guns, and his bare hands, and anything else like that, not a HF Blade. He also had superstrength and speed after he was a cyborg. Think of it this way, let's say you've had years or training in hand-to-hand combat and using guns, like you're the best in the world. Then you get turned into a Cyborg Ninja, like Gray Fox, and you only use a katana in battle. Your old training would mean nothing to you then, seeingas how you weren't trained to use a katana(which is something probably never used in war). Also, with the super strength and super speed, he wouldn't really even need much skill. He could just run and jump around slaughtering people with his sword.
