Spoiler: Big Boss vs. Solid Snake I see what you're saying, and it's a fair point, but, like you said about Big Boss, I don't think Snake really wanted to fight either, he just pointed his gun out of habit, plus he didn't really know what to think as he thought Big Boss was dead, so of course he's going to be a little confused, thus his natural reaction was to get defensive. But I think Snake is mentally tougher than Big Boss. 	Spoiler: Kind of off topic, eh? But then wouldn't that contradict your idea that Solid Snake is mentally tougher? Big Boss had just as many emotions running through him as Solid Snake had. Big Boss is taking his first steps after being sedated for those 15 years, he's seeing his son as his son, instead of his opposition on the battlefield, he's finally realized The Boss's true dreams and visions, and he knows that he's about to die, and give one last speech, to none other than his son, the closest living person he has to him. Point is, Big Boss had just as many emotions running through him as Snake did, so it's not like Snake was at some disadvantage. Anyway, since I can't resist a good ol' Big Boss vs. Solid Snake debate, I've gone totally off topic here. If anybody would like to create an appropriate thread, I'd love to talk about this there, but let's try to keep this somewhat to Raiden and Grey Fox. -------------------

	I think Raiden. For one thing, Gray Fox was an experimental cyborg, as explained in MGS4. Raiden is using the perfected version of Fox's old technology, which would obviously give him an edge...but then again, Gray Fox has the stealth camo. Hmm...on second thought, I think it would just be a draw. -------------------

	Raiden can take way more damage: Spoiler: Raidens issues Cuts his arm off Two rounds with Vamp Sixty+ stab wounds Run over by OUTER HAVEN Crushed under debris Tortured by Vamp while being restrained by Gekko Ass kicked by a LOT of FROGs but still put up a great fight for a guy with no arms.(The super soldiers...not the animals) And at the end of it all...he survived!!! Righto now compare that to Gray Fox: All the ass kickings from MPO, MG, MGS, and being stepped on Metal Gear Rex. Also might want to add this in, Raiden took down...15 or 16 Gekko alone. While piloting Rex how many Gekko did you take down on your way out? Thirty or forty? Then add Ray to it! Then remember Gray Fox nearly beat it! Nearly though isn't the cake. So in the end there is only one person who could win, the man who beat Gray Fox, mentored Raiden, outlived Big Boss three times, defeated Rex & Ray and Liquid (Plus Liquid Ocelot if it counts) Solid Snake!

	Technically, Ninja Raiden's suit has more than a decades' worth of technological upgrades over Gray Fox. It's really hard to compare the two, but Gray Fox is the far more experienced commando. Secondly, Gray Fox is just a lot cooler than Yaori Raiden.

	Gray Fox would win. He's the perfect soldier. He is also the only Field agent to receive Fox in his codename. He survived being stomped by REX the first time REX stomped on him and I don't think Raiden would be able to survive this. He is also the only soldier to survive The Perfect Soldier Project. While others went insane in minutes with the training.
