Metal Gear Solid 4 to appear at TGS? Wait, what?

Gasp! I haven't been to this forum for months. I'll be honest, I have no idea if this has already been posted. So close this thread if it has ....

I think there just showing it to make people know about the game more or it could be a better version.about that existence thats a new metal gear solid game thats why its called MGS:EXISTENCE and not MGS4:EXISTENCE

Maybe it's a trailer for the Subsistance version of MGS4, I think it was called; MGS: Existence.

There won't be a "stance" version of MGS4, I guarantee it.

As I've said before, a "stance" version of MGS4 would be pointless since we have the PSN now.

If it did happen, then I really think Konami would just be doing it only for money, which would be a pretty dick move, IMO. The only thing they could really change with a "stance" version that we couldn't get on the PSN would be something like an art book or a cooler case for the game.

Also, a "stance" version would have to be multiple discs considering MGS4 supposedly took up nearly all 50 gigs of the blu-ray disc before. They wouldn't do that considering they actually make fun of games requiring multiple discs in MGS4.

Then, they'd sort of be hypocrites, and, "Oh wait, we're on the PS3 system, so there's no need to swap!", would no longer be true.

It's not a matter of people complaining. I just meant that they made fun of games that require multiple discs, and if they made a "stance" version of MGS4, it would probably have to be multiple discs.

It's like if I said I'm so awesome because I don't eat tomatoes and made fun of other people who eat tomatoes, yet later on I start eating them.

It's sort of hypocritical.

They could get past it by having MGO on a separate disc and calling it all two games in one box, I suppose.

I dont think anyone would care if it was hypocrital or not on the multiple discs.

Konami did NOT rumor that, the ignorant fanboys did. Kojima made it absolutely clear that MGS4 was PS3 exclusive, and that it was only possible on PS3. ANd this is Kojima we're talking about here; apart from all the "this is the last MGS game" stuff, he's not one to frick around with the fans' heads with a 360 port.

MGS4 was a humungous game; you know how much man-power it would take to rewrite PS3 code into 360 code? Whether or not Kojima isn't loyal, he's not gonna bust his ass that bad for an identical game.

Besides, it's a great PS3 exclusive. I don't get why people are so eager to get it ported.
