	totally depends on your difficulty level. If on extreme for instance the rebels are hostile to start, so any firing will get an alert. But for normal difficulties and assuming the rebels are neutral or friendly i would say you can get away with a little friendly fire. One thing i have noticed is that the rebels don't like you ransacking their dead for items, i have found my afiliation meter go to yellow after i tried to solar gun the corpses lol.

	I almost shot a rebel in the head. Because the idiot got in the way when I was about to snipe and enemy soldier. And suddenly I shoot and he stands up and it hits him in the back and hes all like.
