	Log in to remove this sponsored message It's been mentioned more than a few times how similar Assassin's creed is to Prince of Persia, not to mention how it is being made by the same people. But, assuming you are somewhat familiar with the series, how do you think it will fair against the Prince? It almost feels as if it's breathing new life into Persia in my opinion, as if it's a kind of 'fourth installment'. I hope this is just my prejudgment and that it offers something entirely new. 	Theyre completely different.. POP: Set in Persia, you play a prince who has the ability to control time to a degree and so can reverse his death. 	I would say they are comparable. The gameplay is action/adventure for both and the art style hugely similar. POP originates from 2D platformer, AC is next-gen IP and involves a depth of thinking unlike the other. A next gen POP would probably be a more of a hack and slash type game, unless there are some screen shots who knows? -------------------

	Completely different? So you establish that both games are action games set in asia, not to mention that the original Prince couldn't rewind time in the original. Despite his later incarnation being able to and looking almost identical to Altaïr, especially from the game Warrior Within. It's also looking very likely that there will be a more sci-fi twist, which is exactly what happened to the Prince of Persia franchise. ------------------- _{Classic Banner #4}

	I enjoyed the PoP series,and the art style is similar and they're both acrobatic. But would you want to be an assassin who had to solely run away? I'm getting the game for the sole reason I like being sneaky, the fact it's set in a time and place that's similar to PoP is just a plus in my book. -------------------
