I'm thinking Spidey, Moon Knight and Daredevil with some sort of big hitter for the last member, maybe Luke Cage.

Played a little last night. Daredevil is a melee beast. Cap's shield and Iron Man's plasma shot are great for ranged backup. Can't seem to get a really good second melee guy though... tried Spidey, Thor, and Luke Cage. I might give Deadshot and Colossus a shot tonight.

I've been having a lot of fun with Spidey, Wolvie, Capt America and Iron Man.

Spidey is great for ranged attacks, and Wolvie and Captn are pretty good melee damage.

I can see myself going through the game a few times with different teams.

Me, my team is Captain America, Wolverine, Iceman and Deadpool.

I used Spider-Man, Captain America, Wolverine as the main part of my team for pretty much the entire game.

At times I would throw in Thing, or Colossus if I wanted huge brawlers, or Id use Iron Man if I wanted to use the New Avengers Team Bonus. Colossus' charge/tackle/beatdown move is pretty sweet too, plus the authentic looking fastball special when he chucks Wolverine at nearby enemies.


Id say that Cap, by far is the most fun to use. He can pretty much singlehandedly take on anything. His shield throw is just sick. Goes through enemies, bounces around, AND you can control where it goes. Just Sick. Combine that stuff with his US AGENT outfit and max out the SKILL BOOST part, and he has the chance to make your team's powers 3 levels more powerful when they use them. It says its a low percentage, but when I turned the damage readouts on, I was getting the boost a lot more than just one out of ten uses.

I agree. CAP = GOD.

In my first run through, I used his Ultimate costume and maxed out his Shield Mastery... Man, his Shield Bash and Throw attacks become the very definition of BRUTALITY. And equip him with a beastly item like Dragon's Heart? Cap is UNTOUCHABLE.

My team was Spider-man, Captain America, Ironman, and Deadpool. Spider-man, my friend picked because... well, he just likes him. Didn't really help us that much.
My second friend liked Iron Man because he just likes Iron Man too. But he did make some very valuable backup.
My third friend, really isn't that into comics. But Deadpool caught his fancy. And he's good with him too.

Another good team we tried was Ms. Marvel, Silver Surfer, Daredevil, and Moon Knight.
Ms. Marvel, I will admit, is pretty bad when you first get her. But I worked with her, and I turned her into a somewhat decent scrapper.
Silver Surfer can heal, and does beastly damage.
Daredevil and Moon Knight make good brawlers, and can really dish out the pain together.

right now, my team is:

Cap, Iron, Wolvie and Colossus. i just like that combo right now. plus, i can do Fastball anytime i want!

yep. i beat half of the first mission after getting into Stark HQ with ONLY Cap. the rest of my team got taken down at Mysterio, and i took him down with Cap and proceeded to beat the rest of the mission with only him. to say he is amazing would be an understatement.

this game might as well be called "Captain America and Some Other Marvel Heroes".
