Wiimote works on flash games?

Yes. The Wii Browser supports Flash. However more importantly, there are ways to take advantage of the Wii remote as well.

Originally, flash games needed to be based on pointing and left-clicking, nothing more. All they were able to use was the pointer (the cursor) and the left mouse button (the A button). However, a website called WiiCade, which is the first website dedicated to Wii flash games, figured out a code to use all of the Wii remote's buttons when playing a flash game. That means that the d-pad, the 1 and 2 buttons, every button (besides Home) is usable. Eventually, Opera launched a website explaining how to create flash games for the Wii that support up to four players (which can't be done on the PC), partial nunchuk control and uses the Wii remote's motion sensitivity. A few sites took advantage of all of these new features, WiiCade being the biggest.

So, as a recap, now you can have up to 4 players play simultaneously, use all of the buttons on the Wii remote, use the Wii remotes motion sensing and use the Nunchuk (partially, not fully). Chances are, there will eventually be full Nunchuk support, and the ability to use it's accelerometer, as well.

What do you mean? You surf the web using the Opera browser, use the Wiimote as a mouse and the A button as the left mouse button. Any flash game that uses only the left mouse button will work on Wii, and sites mention like Wiicade have found ways to be even more complicated.
