He might prefer the PS3 (As do I). You might prefer the Wii. There's no such thing as giving a solid fact for which is better, because it's all a matter of opinion. Personally, I couldn't care less about the Wii until Nintendo gets their heads out of their asses for online play, admits people do care about graphics, and stops being stupid and making 200+ games featuring Mario.

I'm not flaming it. I'm expressing my distaste for the Wii, and all the shit Nintendo has done with it that utterly disappoint me. I'm sorry, but where did you get that from? ! Nintendo was begging Capcom for Resident Evil in the GCN era, and have been quite supportive of it. Like I have told you many times, Red Steel was never censored. Ubisoft wanted a Teen game so it will have a broader audience. It wouldn't have been the Wii's first third party million seller if it were M-rated. It was Ubisoft's choice all along, it was never censored. There was some mild blood, but it was just little splurts (except the sharks, they kind of "exploded" into chunks with significantly more blood). It was Ubisoft's choice to make Red Steel what it was. Nintendo doesn't censor things anymore(except, of course, AO games). They stopped that after the SNES. Anything to back it up besides "Ever wonder why it's called RED Steel? Hint hint, Red = Blood."? There is no problem with anti-aliasing, either. I haven't had any problems with jagged edges in any game I have. Metroid Prime 3 does not have "tons of blurry textures" or shadows that "are crap". Neither do games that actually push the Wii (which are, regrettably, not many), like Super Mario Galaxy. I don't see any blurry textures in the trailers, and the shadows look fine. Nope, I don't see jagged edges, either.

How many times must I correct you? Ubisoft, not Nintendo, wanted Red Steel to receive a Teen rating from the ESRB so it could be purchased and played by a larger audience. (to cash in on the Wii launch) Obviously, to receive a Teen rating, you must not include excessive blood and guts in your game. And you're judging this from what? a few low quality, low resolution screenshots? Do me a favor, buy a game and play it before you judge the graphics. Screenshots don't do a game justice. Or at least watch some high quality videos. (still looks better in person, though) And by the way, by watching any Galaxy video, you could clearly see HDR and AntiAlising being used.
