But surely making a thread here will obviously take traffic away? Why would people want to visit two forums to say the same thing twice? If you really wanted to encourage members to visit the forums, you wouldn't be making threads that encourage members not to visit the forum.

You can be honest and just say "I don't want to visit that forum I'd rather just talk about the game with my friends in here."

I think it's a fantastic idea.

Here's my Suggestion:
A Game of the Month.

There will be a voting system that you vote for the best game. Whichever one reaches 10 votes first, is on a seperate thread for the game of the month. Every month, the thread will be open by our local moderator, Akira_EX (or possibly our new category moderator, Sonic Flash if he wants to, who isn't a super anymore), and then when a game reaches 10 votes the thread will remain closed until it turns 5 days until the next month, and the voting begins again, and every month this will go over and over.

Thoughts???
