Still waiting for a response to the recent posts here.

But, in the meantime, why can't threads like this stay open for potential discussion? Even if something hasn't been confirmed (despite it looking like a pic of the initial Revolution) it still has discussion value (at least to me).

Something about that line seems a bit weak considering that the first thread mentioned started off with two lengthy, well-constructed and civil posts.

Feel free to make one that's more neutral and less incendiary.

However, the way that topic had started discussed something that has already been done in the past, and had no need to be discussed further. Furthermore, it was a flag to attract the unsavory types to this forum who do not positively contribute to this forum's value. This is something I would not like to elaborate on.

Now, if this forum were to actually have a better PPD than it does now, I could let more things slide, because there is enough activity to keep things more fresh and revolving. However, I don't want to see this forum gain more activity with topics that could negatively affect what ultimately this forum is about, because that is not a good foundation for growth.

What I'm saying is to discuss the positive things, things that would provide a good base for this forum moving forward. 2008 was a good year for the Wii, if you've actually been paying attention. However, most people don't even realize that.

I just want to clarify: I don't really care what you say, just don't make whining/bitching/etc. the basis of a thread.

What ever happened to the Buy/Rent/Ignore threads? I kinda liked those.

The header has been up for a long time now, and was created by Sonic Flash.

I suppose I could try to get the bastard to update the games on it, though.

Oh, if you were actually talking about the thread header instead, I think it's just a random picture from the internet.

What's with all the game threads in this forum? Aren't you just taking traffic away from the forums actually made to discuss that game? Seems not right.
