Those analog sticks do look really out of place.

But everyone, the Wii-U is backward compatible with the old Wii motes.
(which were actually pretty comfortable)

Neither Epic nor Crytek are capable of implementing the full extent of features their engines offer due to the redundancy of console hardware. Low level hardware access only offers them a finite amount of optimisation room but in the end they can't exceed the computational capacity the consoles have. Realistically both companies have done an AMAZING job leveraging their assets to achieve the highest possible quality on the consoles. My only criticism would be Crytek's superficial port of Crysis 2 to PC.

Whilst I hate to admit it, the golden age of gaming is over and its been made mainstream to cater for a broader audience. Labeling casual gamers as ignorant just because their opinions don't coincide with your own is unfair. People are entitled to buy whatever they feel like and the industry is free to capatilise on any profitable opportunities that may exist.

cool but it looks to big and it looks like it's just a handheld version of the wii. I HOPE THERES GOOD GRAPHICS

From the tech demo's I'd say it most likely exceeds their power as well, presumably though, Sony and MS will make sure to wipe it off the board when it comes to next gen especially after they struggled to compete against the wii for current gen sales.
