	Log in to remove this sponsored message So, I only have one SD card currently, and it's the one that came packaged with my 3DS. I've recently become fascinated by Homebrew for the Wii, after a friend recommended it. I used the Letterbomb installer, and successfully downloaded Homebrew onto my Wii. I still have to use if for my 3DS, though, considering the fact that it has all of my apps, games, demos, etc. on it. So, onto the main point, if a new system update comes, will it detect the Homebrew on the SD card and brick my 3DS? If so, will deleting the Homebrew off the SD card successfully prevent this? 	An SD card with homebrew files on it shouldn't affect anything that isn't designed to read the homebrew files, which means that an unmodded 3DS will not read any Wii homebrew files. If I understand your situation correctly, your 3DS should be fine. ------------------- www.neonshift.com

	Seems pretty unlikely, Nintendo would have to have a program that went looking specifically for that type of file, and since it isn't affecting the 3DS anyway that seems pretty far fetched. ------------------- General Wii U \| General 3DS
