No 1080p In Screen Settings?

	Log in to remove this sponsored message Hey guys. Recently I reconnected my Wii with hopes of finding at least one good game for it this Christmas or in 2011. I got a new TV and component cables and noticed I can't set the resolution to 1080p, only 480p. My Firmware is outdated as hell (and can't update it, actually...), could that be the reason I see no 1080p settings for my screen in the Wii? -------------------

	Wow. This thing is absolutely terrible. The Wii is easily the most disappointing console system Nintendo has created :/. And no, not only because of the resolution but many other things, but that's another story for another time. Thanks for the answer. I guess I will look for a way to get slightly better graphics then. I guess setting it to Widescreen and all that will help. -------------------

	Component cables may help. And even then, HD wasn't that big yet when it came out, and it works just fine.
