Here is everything I have bought so far this year (quite a lot in a short space of time), the GeForce 8800 GS only lasted for a few weeks and then it kicked the bucket (bad VRAM), so it's going to be taken back next week.

And the GeForce 9800GT is the replacement I'm using now.

Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade (upgraded from Vista 32 bit.)

Got the Master System II for about £20 GBP which wasn't bad as the console itself looked like it was new, also it was a nice surprise to find that it also had a Rapid fire unit as well.

Also it came with three games which I'll add later (not including the built-in one).
