Damn, that's awesome. I've only played Corruption so I'll definitely be picking this up.

I think this is a good idea, although not something I will pick up personally. I still have both Prime and Echos GC disc, which run perfectly fine in my Wii, and I actually prefer the GC controls to the Wiimote ones in Metroid games. The Wiimote is great for FPS, but Metroid Prime 1 and 2 are not FPS's. Also, I don't really care all that much about a native widescreen mode.

You know what the weird thing is? I had a odd dream, last week, that I brought Metroid Prime Triology. It wasn't on one disc though more a collectors set.

Dunno why I would dream it though, never played the previous games and don't generally dream about games anyway.

Well, I own all three primes and regardless going to buy it.

Maybe if enough copies are sold, Metroid Dread will get resurrected?

Don't look at it as "re-buying", look at it as having an extra copy to sell.

Althought I doubt you would get much for it once the trilogy set comes out.

Probably not. Play Super Metroid first to get a feel of the real Metroid series.
