Dead Space Headed to the Wii

I was surprised to see this when I hopped over to N4G. Cool beans though; it should be pretty awesome.

But now how will people claim Wii isn't for hardcore gamers?

I can't wait, I was pretty interested in this game but wasn't willing to get another console for it.

If they build this from the ground up for the Wii it would be awesome.

True and they have said they will be going all the way with this and not just making a crappy port. Whether that will hold true or not is yet to be seen.
Here's hoping they do this right.

On the discussion of the topic itself, what do people think about the idea of Dead Space Wii, ignoring the lack of [Insert adjective of choice] games on the Wii. I'm personally looking forward to the idea of using the Wiimote for precise dismemberment, could be quite amusing. That and sound effects coming out of the Wiimote to scare the shit out of you =D

I loved Dead Space on the Xbox 360, I played it at my friends and was all jealous since I didn't own a Xbox 360. Now my dreams have come true.

Better not dissapoint though.
