its yellow/orange coz the wii is off but nintendo 24 is on or what eva.. your still connected to the internet, just hold the power button on the wii for a few secondes for it to turn red, i turn it red coz there has been a few complaints of ppls wii overheating, coz the wii is still working without the fans, and when it flashes blue it means you have a new message
 something you want, like a new channel or something, or just a message from a friend or from nintendo.. enjoy ur wii online | |

I think the whole 'Wii over heating' thing is a bit dodgy. I've been using the Internet via my Wii for some time now, and I only just realised that leaving the light orange causes the console to over heat... It's really just another reason for people to blow their money on useless accessories such as the cooling fan.
Just make sure the light's red when you turn it off and you'll have no problems.  | |
