Constant sell out of the Wii - Page 5

not for me, im in australia, we like recieve like 4 monthes after america, still havent got metroid, or for that matter i havent even seen that surgeory one, the name has slipped my tongue, the sequal is called second oppinion

You cant just go to a store and expect a wii, call them up.

I found mine randomly.. I went to Wal-Mart for some hangers for my dorm and I casually made my way back to the electronics department. Out of the blue comes 3 Wiis from the back room and I told the person carting them out, "yeah...I'm going to have to buy one of those please."

I went back to the store 15 mins later to pick up a packet of Ramen noodles and the Wiis were gone. I got super lucky!

Supply and demand; I got mine earlier in 07' and it was a hell of a time trying to find a store where they weren't either sold out, or had been pre-ordered.

I finally got mine at Best Buy, when you see them grab one fast if oyu remotely want one.

Everyone I know who has a next gen console has an Xbox 360, yet I had trouble finiding a wii, I got lucky though, I was at the place where they sell them when I was still saving for one, I aksed the guys if they had any and he said yes, this one in displayy and a couple out the back, I begged my mum to loan me the rest of the money I needed and them the guy went to get some from the back, but there were none there so he sold me the display one and when I got home the batteries form the wii remote and manual were missing and there was TP saved data on it, I realised that it had been retuened to the store I was so happy

It amazes me how well the wii is doing
