So, in work out mode, it usually gives you a history of what you have consumed. I just got the game last night, but I have a total of 445 calories burnt. I set a new goal of 500, I hope to break tonight.

hmm in the very buggy 3rd mix diet mode it would record about 1200 calories. I have a feeling though that it was no where near being accurate.

I'll have to try it out again and get back to you with a more accurate and recent total.

I also think it kinda inaccurate. I am vouncing up and down, and sweating my but off, and then I see only 13 burnt. I think I can add a bit, wait, a lot more to my total score, but I played al ot today, and I got to 1000+ (The plus meaning n game mode, and solo mode)

Well, you could say not enough...

But anyways, I think the most I burnt was 600 once, when I first got my pad I played all night. My friend and had a cool contest where we just keep running as fast as possible on the pad to shoot the calorie meter up, see who could get the most.

My warmup set for SSR/Maniac/Heavy burns up about 150kcal's in konamix after testing it out and for decent reason too.

Holic, Era, Dead End

Combined its enough to build up pleanty of wind for songs that just stream the arrows without pauses.

After I realized I was stalling on fixing my pc I ended my session with 1955kcal's burnt off. not bad really.

Well, the day I got DDR, I weighed 172 pounds...I am not at 126. I got it a Christmas, last year.

[color=red][/color]last night me and my friend stayed up and did 500 and we would step on as many in between the arrows and see how many we could get in one... we were just dying but i geuss 500 calories is quite a bit.

Well just stepping and missing steps will get you a bad grade.It's better to have a good grade so you can actually be better in the arcade.I only play workout mode to get better and it's fun.

500 calories, I might try to burn 1000 calories though, I could probably do it if I play for 5 hours on consecutive mode. ;;;; wish me luck on that
