It was someone who you were with in the first game, somebody you perhaps played as? The Hero had a hooded robe and also is your descendent. And as for people saying Theresa MAY be immortal then just think. Fable II was set 500 flipping years after the original Fable and so I reckon she would be an old woman by now. So THERE! 	I'd have to disagree with you, my friend actually bought Fable III, and apparently Theresa is still on the side of the Heroes. But she's got a neutral personality, so that ones iffy.

	Theresa is evil, not neutral. It's quite obvious that she is the leader of the shadow court. The shadow court did not exist in Fable 1. But in Fable 2, the Shadow Court had been around for sometime now. Knowing her nature of manipulation she probably came to Reaver shortly after the events of Fable 1 offering immortality (as leader of the shadow court she would be immortal) so that he would live long enough so she could gain access to the spire. They didn't simply implement the shadow court for no reason or the fact that Reaver has been alive for a very long time. They could have not had the shadow court and had Reaver just be a skillful pirate of that age. They didn't. When story tellers tell their store there is a reason for every detail they implement. Laziness is not the explanation for the shadow court leader having the same model as Theresa.

	I think she is plotting WORLD DOMINATION. I will explain why I think this. For world domination she needs the spires power so in fable 2 she manipulated Lucien to make the tower by making him think it could bring his family back. Then she made sparrow and rose buy the box and told Lucien that they could use it and gave sparrow a reason to want to kill him so she could get the spire for herself. In fable 3 she saw that if the crawler was not stopped he/she/it would beat her to it because she would not be ready before the crawler. So using even more manipulation she used The Hero of Brightwall to stop the crawler. I think that in fable 4 she will be ready for world domination and it will be about stopping her.
