Fable 2 T.O.B.Y. Quest

i do relize there are dozens and dozens of glitches in fable 2 and alas without xbox live to get patches im stuck with them but mainly i'm having issues with the T.O.B.Y. quest. where's the bloody mutton of eternal hope. specifcs please i have searched i think everywhere in bloodwhaterthehellcitythisisville
any help is appreciated.

If i remember correctly isn't it like right beside the furniture store upstairs in a shelf? i may be wrong. but you should see a glowing trail showing u where 2 go.

U sure your on the part for the mutton and not just to talk to him? cause i havn't heard of this problem

Other T.O.B.Y quest Glitch
Edit- looks like this quest is glitched, but in many different ways then just yours. i've been looking it up and alot of people have been having your problem and others with the mutton. I guess it is just another one of fable 2's wonderful glitchs, I Never had this problem so i dunno what 2 do about it.

Are you sure you've finished talking to him? Sometimes when you set off on a quest too quickly, the breadcrumb trail will lead back to the quest giver.

As for the actual location of the mutton, isn't it in a cupboard above the tattoo parlor?

I don't have live, and I've never run across any bad glitches. Save this one time where Garth got stuck walking from side to side in a doorway when he was supposed to walk up to the frickin' window.

Also, I hated Toby. First playthrough, I scared him off. Second time, he didn't even finish talking to me before I used a Master Turret Pistol, augmented with Lightning and Golden Touch, to blow his head off.
