can we not compare him to lampard. hes so much better, an hes a CB/DMF with a CMF second cos he has poor stamina. the screamers he scores though my god!

Bradley is a better version of Lampard, I made a huge mistake playing Mascherano a regular instead of Bradley tbh, the guys short but damn he can control the ball. Where do you play him?

I Play him at the back of a midfield 5 in DMF, but he still gets forward a fair bit because Camacho and Machado (or dudu and denilson) give plenty of cover.. I have played him at CB in the league when i had too many players needing experience, i tend to play differant teams in the cup and league games anyway.. but atm no-one is bidding for my players , i don't buy players only sign youngsters because i want to be a billionaire as soon as possible. Im trying to get rid of Aguero at the moment but since hes just hit peak every1 has stopped bidding for him, they all bid for dos santos who is the only player i wouldn't sell (well, plus machado and Jo)

will it be easy to sign players after you win ml champions league n cup i won cup come 2nd in ml in semis of champs league and none of the really big players will come to me i have ribery crouch nedved veron bale zokora thats it do u spend over the odds on player n salary 2 ? can u help please ?

Hey all. Took a big break from my ML, but got back into it over the holidays.

Any one know if there's a way to recover corrupted data? I was in 2025-2026, had a sweet team put together, played a couple games in the afternoon, saved, came home 5 hrs later and now that game file is corrupted apparently for no reason.

Any thoughts? meantime I've started a new ml, and am saving multiple copies.

Wallner is simply amazing for me. Scored something like 76 goals in 64 games. He's unstoppable at the moment, has 18 goals so far this season at the half way mark of the season. You do have to get him early though, as he declines at like 27, which is what he is for me.

Babel finished Top Scorer all season with 32 goals. Aguero got 28 goals. Aguero is a beast of a player - so good. He's got 157 goals in 226 appearances for me. He's second in all-time leading scorer behind Henry.

Well, after I lost my epic 2026 Juventus ML, and since I won't be getting a PS3 and PES2008 anytime soon, I decided to start a new ML, with Liverpool (wanted to use Torres). I've totally deconstructed the squad, only remaining Liverpool players are Gerrard, Torres, Babel, Reina (nothing against them or their squad, several of their players were quite good, but I build young squads, and play a 4-3-3 with two SS, and and didn't have the right personnel anyway). Also decided that I'm not using ML Youths where at all possible (had to make one exception right away though, needed SS and all I could get was Khumalo), instead only regens. Anyway, enough rambling, down to business.

Season One: Stormed back from an early hole to finish second and get promoted, won the D2 cup.

Season Two: After another rocky start, I climbed all the way to fourth, finishing in CL Qualifier range for next Season. Won the D1 Cup. Which is weird because I was kind of passively trying to lose the games so that I wouldn't have those extra games to play with a fairly small squad...

Season Three--Just 3-4 games in, the squad is really taking shape. Just a few more positional upgrades and I'll be set. Here's the squad:

Probably will replace Gerrard (when you start with him at 26 he starts declining almost immediately), as well as Ederton and Hasebe when Nedved, Zidane, Rui Costa become available. Suarez I'm not sure I'll keep, may replace him with Thuram, and if I had a better option than Khumalo I'd replace him just to stay youth free.

Have just brought in Ronaldinho, ronaldo terry and ferdinand rebirths, after playing first have of the season with a tiny squad.
After missing out on any silver ware last season am flying high in every competition. Looking to get rid of Dos Santos but have had no offers (again) so will probably release him soon.

I'm dying for PES2008 to come out on PS2 here in the states. I heard that was the best version of the new release, which is great b/c I'm not buying a PS3 yet. Counting down to 3/11/08. I've already printed Derp and TVI's guide and looked at almost every curve on there to figure out my first team!

Oh well, here goes. Still playing my Liverpool ML, only bringing in regens. I'm in 2010 (I think), just three games from the end of season five. Season four brought the treble, which was the first year I won the league. Season five has as FA cup victory, finished runner-up in the CL to Chelsea (on penalties), have an eight pt. lead in the league with three to play. Have basically started playing almost only youth players in my league games. Once a player levels off/peaks, I generally only play them in the cup games, unless it's a big match, somethimes also b/c of form. Anyway, here's the squad:

Will not keep SUAREZ, he only gets to about 84, and has one of those curves that stays flat forever before finally climbing. Have enough depth that he won't be kept around, better players coming up. Also disappointed with CAFU's curve, he only gets to about 82-83, and also takes forever (like 8 years) to start climbing, then only has a two to three year peak. I'll porbably keep him around though, just b/c options at SB are pretty thin in the regen market. R. CARLOS should retire soon, but RB particularly is a problem. If I could solidify those spots, add maybe 1-2 more CMF (PIRES, etc.), and pick up some young regen forwards (haven't used HENRY or RONALDO) I think I'll be set.
