I just started playing PES 6 about a month ago and I can't seem to play the Mater LEague with the match mode players, I'm forced to play it with made up players.
How do I get to select Master League with the match mode players?

When it comes to 'Play in network mode?'
say 'NO FOOL!'

Try Palermo.

on the option before you choose the made up players, choose 'Do Not Play in Network Mode'

Now the option to play as Match Mode and a Created Team will be open to you.

Stealth, where do you get those little flags in front of your player's names from?

A now defuct WC betting site, where I have the URL's of the flags, or look through Google in pixel size 18x12.

They also have them on the FIFA site I believe.

I might start up a new ML to last me to PES2008, but not sure who to go. Why do you recommend Ascoli Stealth?

I used to have an ML file with Palermo which I really enjoyed. If I did another Palermo ML though, I'd have to buy Caracciolo back from Sampdoria. The guy was just too good.

They have a decent central defence partnership with Barzagli and Biava and a great RB with Zaccardo.

In MF they have Fabio Simplicio, who I played in more defensive role, but he could still get forward and drill them in from 25 yds. Diana, who seemed Cristiano Ronaldo-esque after a few seasons, and Mark Bresciano, who seemed to score an awful lot for a LMF. He had 17 goals in one season I think.

Up front, they've lost Caracciolo, which sucks, but they've got Miccoli now which could make up for it. I'd still buy a big goal-poacher though. Someone like Crespo.

It was challenging, but not too hard. I might struggle to pull out a 1-0 win against AC Milan, then get a 3-0 thrashing by Siena. I was 3-0 up to Fiorentina in the 70th minute. Toni scores a header, then Mutu curls a free-kick beautifully into the top corner, then in stoppage time, Reginaldo heads in from close range. Argh.

All on Top Player of course.

I dunno why I like Ascoli, but Pagliuca, Paolucci, Delvecchio, Bjelanovic, Budianskyi and Soncin seem like a decent backbone to one of the worst clubs on the game.

Plain and simple question here: Who should I start a ML with where it won't be too easy?
