Teamwork is by far and away the most important stat. Try playing with about 6 new players on the pitch after the negotiation period: I guaratee you will notice a massive difference in the quality of your team's play, even with the default side. Teamwork is what makes your defenders cover each other, players make supporting runs forward, and generally be in the right place at the right time. Only a fool would underestimate its importance. It might very well be your style of play, but I tend to score from set pieces and short passing with the defaults and I notice it massively then.

I think it makes a slight difference, or it might make them regain their usual teamwork stats faster (ie, less games). Not actually too sure to be honest. I know new players always start around about 55 on teamwork compared to their teammates.

Cheers . I always use them at the start of ML's since its a bit boring to use match mode or custom teams IMO (makes it too easy). I figured I might as well pass on some of my knowledge .

hey TVI, u might of mentioned this earlier, but it would be good to see guides for individual teams in the game e.g Barcelona, Inter ect. to get their formations correct

i think that u have got it rong on stremmer i think he is a very good player i just like him lol he fits in well and performs all the time
