Need Energy Crystals!

I'm at the end of the game, right before the last mission, and I need energy crystals. I just collected all of the Cyber-elves and I need to power them up. The Underground Laboratory is destroyed so I can't get them that way. Please, someone help me!

I now a good path to take to get a bunch of e-Crystals.

Start at the base, go to the Energy Room, where you fought the Monkey with the staff, go up the ladder, and left towards the desert, climb up grab that Crystal, and then traverse the desert, killing everything in you're path. Double-back once you reach the downed aircraft, go into the hidden base, explore all the rooms, kill all enemy's, then head toward the Disposal Center, but don't go there, go down the ladder that leads to the Subway, grab the two Crystals you find, one before the ladder, and one near the bottom of a long shaft to the left of the ladder, get to the factory access point, and if you have campleted one of the two missions for the factory already, go through the factory and collect all Crystals you see, there's like 600-650 crystals in there, go back down towards the subway, and go as far right as possible, checking under platforms and everywhere else you can.

The trick with the factory can be done twice, once after you take out the boss that gives you the Fire Chip, and once after you stop Phantom from trying to blow it up.
