	It's secluded behind rocks and bushes on a road near Tharbakin.. For directions look here Spoiler: Stealing Skill North of Tharbakin theres a place called Vesit's Coral, from there head down to the maliel shrine and turn of to the right so you go up the hill and head past it, turn left so your heading into the trees you saw earlier, then you should see a small camp with 2 people there. Hope this helped.
