I just killed a the sand dragon but I didnt get the achievement for killing a dragon. Did I do something wrong? Also how do you hurt the stone dragon? It seemed that everything I did dint hurt it so im at a loss. Any help with these?

You must of use cheats, cheats disable achievements permenately for your character.
