Electic goo in the chemical thrower is the best because they're stunned so you cant take damage while you just sit there and waste them. Also works equally well on bouncers and rosies elite and non. Took around 50 goo on normal mode for me.

last night i was at the bit where you have to release that thing that brings the trees back to life into arcadia, where all the splicers are coming for you in the womans lab. there was a big daddy walking around (minus the little sister) and while i was trying to kill the splicers i accidentally shot him. i got the napalm ammo into the chemical thrower and just constantly set him alight. it took me like 150 to take him down so if it does only take 50 of the electric stuff then thats easily the better choice.

Yeah, on Normal it takes about 100/150 Electric Gel to off a Big Daddy...

Just upgrade the Grenade Launcher with the Damage Immunity and rush the buggers with it and whatever ammo you have... It does wonders.

so pretty much the same as the napalm then. the big daddies dont really have an elemental weakness do they? fire, electric and whatever else all do the same damage dont they? the only real weakness is armour piercing rounds.

I found electricity not to do anything to them except piss them off more. Fire takes their health down a little bit at a time but just makes bouncers into kamikaze balls of flame >_<

Armour Piercing Rounds or a shotgun seem to take them down more than any weapon

Bouncers: I usually run backwards while dodging their kamikaze attacks and pumping shotgun shells into them

Rosies: Easiest to kill, just duck behind something and wait for it to throw a proxi mine. Use Telekinesis and send it right back Or my personal fave when you have the grenade launcher. Litter a corpse in them and throw it at the thing...or hurl a dead corpse...or even a dead big daddy at them

has anyone tried using the winter blast to freeze, and then inferno?? I'm gonna try it later to see if there is any added damage like when you rapidly cool and then heat up metal. Just a thought

ive heard of that and even saw it in a gameplay video but ive never tried it. i dont seem to have telekinesis equipped much though to be honest, i prefer the plasmids that dont require anything else for the attack. with telekinesis you have to use objects around you whereas i love electro-bolt and incinerate which you can just immediately aim at an enemy and attack with.
