Ok so when you get to your first Little Sister, you have the option of harvesting her Adam or letting her live. I read online that the choice affects the story. So if anyone knows what consequences choosing either entails without spoiling to much, can you give me an idea of what to do?

If u harvest them you'll get 160 ADAM, but if you rescue them you get 80 ADAM. But after rescueing enough little sisters you get a reward(usually 200 ADAM and a rare item or 2)

Don't hold me to this, but I think the ending changes depending on how many Little Sisters you save or harvest. I'm not sure if other choices in the game affect the ending too, but I'll know soon enough.

Well, harvesting them is probably easier, as you get more ADAM. Although, you will sometimes get a 'gift' if you rescue enough Little Sisters, such as a new plasmid. You'll also get a different ending. If you rescue the Little Sisters, you get the 'good' ending. If you harvest them, you get the 'bad' ending.

you get an acheivement for rescuing or harvesting 30 little sisters (all of them) and thats worth 30 G. BUT if you beat the game with ONLY rescuing the little sisters, you will get 100G. an easy 130G.

Okay, I was dumb enough to look at Bioshock on Wiki, and it spoiled the whole game. I now know everything that happens in the game. Damnit I hate myself right now.

I got the good ending it made me feel all good inside, although in the game i was upset when a little sister died at the ending level. But since only 5 little sisters(I think) lived at the end it makes me figure she would have died anyway.

you get 280 more adam if you harvest all the little sisters.but if you rescue them you get some tonics and some ammo and money and stuff

in the first level where there 2 sisters if u save them u get 160 + 200 ADAM plus free plasmids like control big daddy from the good doctor . if u take all the ADAM from the sisters than u get 280 so i leave the chose up to u
