Hey I just entered Point Prometheus and was wondering if once you beat the game you can go back around Rapture collecting things like achievements, tape players, research data, etc.

If this isn't possible I was wondering where the point of no return would be for someone wanting to accomplish this and ideally 100% the game.

You can go back and explore as much of Rapture as you like as long as you don't go through to the final boss (you'll know when it happens). However, just to let you know, there are a few tapes that you cannot get again if you missed them once you have gone past the relevant section of the story.

Would that include the 2 audiotapes from the 'Welcome to Rapture" section?

I have an 1050 Gamerscore on this game and am missing like six audio diaries, that's it. I think two of them are the ones from the beginning of the game, but I'm not entirely sure...I'll have to go back and look. Anyway, I've already played through the game twice and I really don't feel like doing it again just to get 50 gamerpoints, I'll probably just trade it in. To date, the only game I've bothered to complete 100% acheivements-wise is Bully: Scholarship Edition because it was so easy.
