Will my video card run it?

Bioshock requires Shader Model 3 and above which you have so it will run. How much RAM do you have and what kind of processor do you have? Video card don't mean Sh!t if you don't have a CPU to keep up or enough RAM to keep the game chugging without pausing and freezing.

It will scan your PC and tell you if you can run the game you have selected. Its pretty accurate

well that card should play it pretty well. i can play the game perfectly on medium settings (textures and whatnot at high) with my 7900GS.

like monkey_ninjas316 said though, it depends on the specs of the rest of your pc. so what is your processor and how much ram do you have?

That sounds like an onboard graphics card...which no, you probably wouldn't be able to run Morrowind (which only needs 32MB card) let alone Bioshock.

As to the 8600GT...yes it will run, it is an 8 series...which is a DX10 card, upgrade Direct X and you should see some effects change. You should be able to run it on high settings as well. Though like the rest have said, it depends on the rest of the PC.

My X1600XT, E6400 Core Duo 2 @ 2.13Ghz, 2GB PC runs it with ease but I only have it running at 1024 x 768 and with the global lighting effect off. Everything else is at the highest and I hardly suffer from lag

i figure ill ask my question here rather than start a new thread. i dont know what video card i have, but it runs oblivion well enough. on highest setting it works, but not well. will it run this game?

video card is NVIDIA GEforce 6100 nForce 430. will it run it with this?

will my comp run it smoothly?i have a 9500gt and 4g RAM but i dont know what proccesser i have,i think its an intel or MSI.it can run crysis warhead but not very good,it can only run it smooth on medium

will it take up download usage?
