You get to lvl.50. Then what?

I'd guess it's the same as any other MMORPG really. Do PvP and play the expansion and patch stuff they release.

At the moment there's only a small part of Middle Earth available to play in so they'll no doubt open up much more of it (with a higher level cap) later on in the game's life. Part of it by purchasable expansion packs and part of it by free patches I would assume.

I wouldn't worry, there'll be plenty to do.

I have preordered the game and will be paying for the life subscription - I've paid much more than that on WoW...

Hi Devil, daman, I think I'm going to be getting the lifetime subscription for £100 as well. Looking at it, if you're thinking of playing this game for over 16 months even if you want to play for 17 months and then quit forever the lifetime fee on £100 is more cost-effective.

When you hit lvl 50, you can play Monster Play. It's where all the PvP in the game is, and your lvl and weapons are independent from the rest of the game.

I'm sure there'll be plenty of endgame stuff to do and, to be honest, I can't see it being too long before they open up some more areas of Middle Earth to adventure in - they'll probably increase the level cap when that happens.

I don't think you are going to have to worry about that. I actually prefer grinding over questing, it's a lot faster in most games, and with some music playing in the background it's really not that bad. But from what I've found so far in beta killing creatures doesn't give you much xp at all. You tend to get it all from quest turn ins. However this could change later in the game, seeing as I'm only level 13.

That reminds me of the time I played the first Gauntlet game for about 3 days straight. The game was so boring, but I couldn't stop playing it.

Codemasters and Turbine are going to be releasing more and more content for people who've reached or are near the level cap. From the dev chats I've seen they're confident that there will be plenty to do at level 50. Also remember that the £100 life time fee will apply for as long as the game is in service so even after all the expansions are released and the level cap is raised you still pay nothing more than the original life time fee.
