Good day, folks. This looks like a great deal of fun, so I'll jump in.

Description: My friend and I were making a Greek mask out of wood for a class project. After we got done cutting out the eyes and the mouth, I said to him, "Hey, hold these up against your face." The rest is history.
How it fits: He's holding wood up against his face. Symbolic representation aside, the main focus of this picture is on the wood and its odd juxtaposition yet fit with his face.
Edits involved: None at all.

I'll go ahead and post this here. Don't see a better place! p:

Basically, we've been thinking about making a Newspaper in the Community Events which would feature members' art/pieces of work. This would include photographs made by YOU guys.
Here is the official thought thread that I put up just minutes ago. If anyone has any thoughts, it'd really help us. The more people we get pushing for something like this, the more likely it is to become true!

Anyone have thoughts? Please take it to that thread!

Taken with my shitty digital camera at Torc Waterfall in Killarney, Co. Kerry. The waterfall runs through these woods and it's a really, really nice place. I like the combination of the water/light, stones and the big ignorant log going across the right of the photo. No edits.
